The latest hull in the Endurance 658 series arrived at our Seattle docks in mid-August. Since its arrival from the Port of Tacoma, Endurance 658-14 has undergone a thorough commissioning, overseen by Yacht Systems Northwest. Endurance 658-14, which was named "Encore" has an extended swim platform, as you can see in the photo attached.
Here's some behind the scenes footage of the grill being loaded on to the flybridge deck via the davit. This was early in the commissioning stages - the radar has not yet been set up and the wood panels are still on the side to protect the hull in transit.
Since then, much work has been completed on "Encore". Inspections are required for both engines, mechanical systems, hydraulic stabilizers, and thrusters. The new owners have been working with Pacific Custom Interiors to pick out their soft goods. The majority of the furniture pieces are custom built to exactly fit the hull's specs and made to be extra sturdy to avoid shifting when underway.
Feel free to respond with any questions about the commissioning process. If you have experience with commissioning, feel free to share! We will update this thread with "Encore" progress through the commissioning phase.
